The Junior Program at Riverside is led by Calin Constanceanu and Michael Kreider of the North Atlanta Tennis Academy (NATA) and is one of the finest in the state. The program focuses on improving your child’s skills through group, private and semi-private instruction, drills, summer camp, and tournament coaching at the city, state, section, national and international levels.
Instruction is tailored to your child’s level as they progress from beginners to advanced play.
School Year Program
Our school year program runs from August to May. We offer 3 levels of instructional drills.
The Kidzone Quickstart program is the glue of NATA. This program is the first point of contact that we have with our aspiring tennis stars. We feel that the foundation is the core to the long-term development of each player and with our red, yellow, and green dot progressions, aspiring tennis players develop in a systematic manner that is fun and conducive to success. Players in this group are grouped by ability and level and they progress at their own learning abilities.
Our Challenger program is designed to be a feeder program to our Academy group. Players in this group are beginning to participate in local tournaments, ALTA/USTA Team tennis, school tennis, and whose tennis skills are developing to the level that they can participate in independent play without much difficulty. To participate, players must graduate from our Kidzone Program or be evaluated by one of our pros to confirm readiness for the Challenger Program.
Our Academy program is designed for players that are pursuing competitive tennis tournaments. These players participate in state, sectional, regional, national , and international tournaments. The Academy program is by invitation only and to be eligible for the program, players will have to be either recommended by our coaching staff or have shown superior tennis skill development.
